ASA runner keeps advancing

bases loaded 1 out and the runner going into 2nd is called out but he continues to run the bases and the defense attempts another play on him at 3rd while the runner from 3rd scores what is the call, is this a dead ball or delayed dead ball , also would this violation come under interference, a runner trying to confuse the defense

If umpire made clear call of out on runner going to 2nd, yes I would have offensive interference and call runner going home out as well.

Where was his dugout? Was he running to it and looked like going to third?

USA 8.7.P rules the runner closest to home out.
