purchased a couple pair of performance mids earlier this year from SBF and recently had a blow out on one of the toes, prolly 5-10 games max on 'em (see below). contacted jlope who got me in touch with the tanel 360 CS director about replacement....big thanks to tanel for getting me a replacement pair of blacks (navy were out of stock) in just a couple days and to jlope for hooking me up with the right person. i've been wearing a pair of black mids for nearly three years w/o any issues, luv 'em, and will continue to purchase tanel cleats/turfs. it's good to know that tanel stands behind their product and cares about customer satisfaction, that is all
