What's an acceptable timeframe for someone to pay after making a commitment to purchase?

I'm kind of disappointed since the individual appears to be reputable...

Definitely isn't NGTG worthy. If I blasted every person that backed out on a deal I'd be making NGTG threads with nearly every item I sold. I do believe there should be a section for people who do that just so it's noted but it's not like they screwed anyone out of anything so idt NGTG or BB is valid.
