okay this sucks i really did not want to do this but here we go. i posted a 26oz legacy for trade uprising and me started a conversation that lead to exchanging cell numbers and we came to the agreement to trade the legacy for his usa aftermath with a rec he was getting from his friend. i sent the legacy to him on november 28th and asked him to send the am out on that saturday bc i would be in las vegas that weekend for worlds so when i got home it would come on monday or tuesday and he agreed to this and said it would not be an issue. he texted me on a different # and said to talk to him on this # instead( i will post #'s at the end of this post) so our conversation continued and he received my legacy on november 30th and we talked more. On december 5th he messaged me on the boards and told me that his phone was broke and that he needed my address again. he said that he was heading to the post office on dec 9th to ship the bat so i asked for a picture of the rec from the post office with the tracking visible. After that he he has not texted me back or talked back after being on the boards. he finally texted me out of the blue after me texted him multiple times asking for the info on shipping and said that he sent the tracking on the sbf message boards conversation(i received no information). i asked for him to text me a picture of the rec from the post office again and he responded "okay ill get the receipt im at work its at home i get off at 5 eastern standard ill send you the info then," he has gone dark on me again and will not respond any more. please bros if anyone knows him or can help me get my bat from him i would greatly appreciate it.

He offered a demarini usa am to me for my dna... ( I did not accept his offer)...
used the same number as you posted 1(570) 989-1484... that's all the info I have...
I hope you get your bat as described or your legacy returned...

Will start my own thread soon. I was told same about changing numbers too. I am out a Verizon note edge , 26 oz miken freak black, 26 oz super z, 27 oz 2015 US am as he has received them and never sent me these items in return. 26 og 100H, iPhone 6, and a replacement on the us am. all during the same time frame as this deal. I was even offered the legacy in the above threads in a trade. the bat that was supposed to goto Enor is my bat that is to be sent in for warranty replacement .

so the pictures that he sent in the text messages are of your bats? I suggest contacting the post office to open a investigation for mail fraud... sounds like plenty of time was given for a response...

only time I dealt with him... I sent them to the same address you did 690 sheetz...
this was last summer... I checked my paypal history...

^^^^ I would do this contact USPS to investigate for mail fraud...
It may take some time but they can probably help tremendously

I wonder if he used his new note 3 to send the texts after his iPhone stopped working... oh sorry he said it never arrived...

good thing on the 100H as it is supposed to be in route to me for a Super Z and freak black with a zipper spiral. I had contact with him through text this morning and he is sending me the bats back. I also included for him to send the Legacy back to Enor but he did not specify if he was doing so. I spoke with Verizon and they told me they can't give any details of any other account but said maybe it should be escalated to the local PD and USPS which I will be in contact with today. They can get all the details from the Edge Identification number to resolve this as the phone was active after the arrival info .

I just left feedback on the bats. He said he would return and that was monday. Still no bats . I will leave feedback on the phone as it needs to be 5 hrs before I can leave feedback again. Verizon states the phone was activated and I filed a police report.
