A few bats my kids outgrew
No cracks or dents. The bats were not used in commercial batting cages. I was strict about my kids not using their expensive bats at the batting cages with those hard yellow batting cage balls.
Bat #1 29" 20.5 oz (-8.5) TPX Exogrid. Has roughly a season of use by my younger son when he was 10/11 years old. He used it a little over half a season when he was 10, and just a little when he was 11 before he moved up to a 30" bat. Has lots of pop. Asking $65 shipped/gifted (or add 4% for PayPal fees).
Bat #2 31" 22.5 oz (-8.5) TPX Exogrid. Has roughly a season and a half use by my older son (12/13 years old). My younger son only used it a handful of times. He stuck with the 30" bat for a long time and then hit a growth spurt and skipped up to a 32" bat. Still has lots of pop. Asking $65 shipped/gifted (or add 4% for PayPal fees).
Both Exogrid bats have the current USSSA thumbprint stamp on the taper. I confirmed with Louisville Slugger before I bought these Exogrids. These were originally manufactured before USSSA required the new thumbprint certification. When I originally found these on a clearance sale I checked with Louisville. I was told that if the existing bat was one that would meet the new USSSA requirements when the thumbprint went into effect for 2013 dealers who had new bats in inventory could be sent back to Louisville Slugger to be re-marked with the new certification for a small fee as long as the bats were still new in the wrappers.
The new model Exogrids were $299. Since these were a past model year I was able to get them at a discount even though they were still stamped as legal for USSSA play.
Bat #3 (middle bat in picture) is a Anderson KXR 30" 22ox (-8). Used by my youngest for most of two seasons when he was 11/12. Great pop. I did replace the grip on it before the last fall tournament he used it for about a year and a half ago. I thought retail price on it was around $229, but I can't recall off the top of my head. Asking $50shipped/gifted (or add 4% for PayPal fees).
Mainly looking to sell, but I might consider some trades--possibly outfielder gloves, maybe a 32" BBCOR bat, 12" fastpitch balls for practice for my daughter's team.
