Other WBSC Official Softball

Hi All,

I wanted to ask the umpires first - does anyone know a type of softball that has an ISF/WBSC stamp on them? I can't seem to find them.

I'm bringing a bunch of equipment for a service trip for softball and they follow WBSC rules. I can bring USA official balls, but I thought I'd try to find these first. Thanks

The Great and Powerful Q
From their website and the softball rules (assuming you mean Adult male slow pitch)

c) Adult Men and Male batters in adult Co-ed: The red-stitch 30.5cm (12 inch) ball with a COR of .47 or less with 375 pounds compression and a marking of MSP-47, in addition to the WBSC logo. OR: The 30.5cm (12 inch) ball with COR .52 with 300 pounds compression.

So, .47/375 (or less) or .52/300 (or less).

You may want to reach out to the WBSC folks http://www.wbsc.org/organisation/contact/

It’s all we play over here and have been to numerous official WBSC competitions. They used 52.300 for both genders at their last competition. ASA/USA hot dots was what they supplied so any 52.300 should be fine.
