Which Z1000? Any Difference?

Looking to pick up a BA 27/28oz Z1000. Any difference between the '11 and '12 models other than price?

Performance wise, I think the 2012 is better. That's just my opinion. I have both EL, balanced, 2011 and 2012 and I prefer the balanced 2012 over all.

i noticed that the rubber ring at the connection shifted out of place alot....and i broke it in 50 swings...im going back to the 11

I have swung both. I liked the feel and sound of the 11 more.

I have both and in MHO the 12 is stiffer than the 11. break in time is 0-50 cuts on the 11 and i am over 60 on the 12 and I still think it need a bit more.

If one were buying, which one would be the better choice? Whats the return policy for these? I was thinking '12 model as The Store has them with the coupon code ATM.
