I purchased a used bat from him and the thread said 20 to 40 hits and returnable. I received the bat and it looks more like 200 to 300 hits and its non returnable. The bat has the "W" melted in the endcap. I have sent him two PM's since its only been since saturday but have not heard back from him yet. Don't want to jump the gun but i would like to send him the bat back and get a full refund. Any suggestions???

NO other contact info.

I sent him my cell number and asked him to text me but he never did. When i received the bat and noticed it was not returnable and was not as described I sent him a PM with my cell number and asked him to text me but he still has not responded. I have his return address from the tube he shipped the box in but that's all i have.
