Not sure if NCAA womens softball rule is different but... In a game last night (Texas vs Arkansas) there was passed ball and two runners scored. Is the batter credited with an RBI(s)? A friend asked me and I said no RBI but again wasn't sure if the rule for fast pitch. Thanks!
