The rep I've been talking to (for something unrelated) has given me all the forms and everything and there's no extra charge for custom colors etc. The only added charges are for side and back embroidery. I wonder what the difference is?

the problem with custom colors is getting 16 people to agree with every color choice. If you wanna head this up then by all means please go ahead. From my personal experience with the last order we started with about 8 color choices and got down to 3 that actually had enough interest to go ahead with. If you are gonna do this please let me know so I can stop with what I have going. It won't hurt my feelings at all.

I guess that came out wrong... I'm not trying to take over at all, and I apologize if it came across that way. I started to order hats once and it fell through because I couldn't get enough people to agree. When I was doing it, custom caps were the same price, but took a lot longer.

I appreciate everything you're doing and will definitely order a hat or two.
