Worth pitching helmet

Hey guys I am looking at getting one of the worth pitching helmets with the wire cage, its a pretty popular helmet. Can someone give me an idea of a price shipped to Canada. Also, I am thinking of getting a custom paint job of red/white with a Canadian flag/maple leaf on it, if you guys know anyone who can give me ideas and pricing that would be appreciated?

Anybody else have issue with the plastic tensioner coming loose from the foam insert? Had 2 do this now, 2nd hasn't even seen a game.

Yeah, my first one was jacked up out of the box, but the second one hasn't given me any problems.
