Sorry guys, I'm not talking about Bishops league. Didn't mean to cause confusion, or troll. Sorry about that.
If I remember right, bishop's leagues and stuff are on point.
Yahoo has a series of fantasy leagues. You pay Yahoo 20 bucks or whatever, and they hold the money and pay out the winners.

I had heard that there had been some issues with guys getting paid out by Yahoo and didn't know if there was anyone here that had participated in the Yahoo Pro leagues and had been paid. I won sixty bucks and still haven't been paid yet. Just curious to see if there were any others out there with the same issue as me. I've contacted yahoo, and still haven't heard back.

I did a pro $100 league and got payment in a couple week after the season was over. I just had to make sure paypal acct was tied to the acct.
Only reason I did it was because I knew there wouldn't be any late season shadiness. At least yahoo would regulate lopsided trades etc. Didn't like that yahoo got a piece of the action... but made $400 in the end.

true. but sometimes you don't always know all the people involved in every custom league. had bad experience before in $ league. the pro league wasn't my only league. the others were with friends that could be trusted.

Yahoo serves as the commissioner for public, paid-entry leagues, managing prize distributions and all league costs.
Important Elements of the 2025–2026 Season Entry & Awards: At the conclusion of the season, cash prizes are given to first, second, and third place finishers. There is an admission fee to participate. Your Yahoo Fantasy Wallet receives your winnings, which you can withdraw using a PayPal account that is connected.
League Structure: There are usually ten managers in these competitions. Instead than being paired with pals, you are assigned at random to a league.
Settings: Standard Head-to-Head scoring is used. Live Standard and Live Salary Cap are two types of drafts.
Limitations on Participation: Each season, you may participate in up to 50 Public Prize Leagues.
Qualifications and Limitations Nicknames For Darkhumor
Location: Most of Canada (apart from Ontario and Quebec) and some U.S. states (such as Arizona tribal lands, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, and Washington) do not allow residents to participate in paid prize leagues.
Active Status: To move forward, a Senior Assassin Team Names league needs to have all ten spots filled. It is canceled and a refund is given if it does not fill by the designated draft time.

Playoffs: The majority of leagues' playoffs started on December 16, 2025, and ended on December 29, 2025.
Season conclusion: On January 4, 2026, the official 2025–2026 fantasy season comes to a conclusion.

I manage several Yahoo 12 team head-to-head fantasy football leagues. Every league has the same structure; the buy-ins are just different. Looking for some fiercely competitive managers to join our year-round leagues. There will only be twelve teams in these leagues. First come, first served is how my leagues operate. Although the leagues are designed to accommodate 18 teams, only the first 12 teams that pay will be admitted. Since all of these leagues have been in operation for several years and have a solid base of returning managers who typically participate in more than one of my leagues, they should fill up quickly.

The regular season champion, the top three finishers at the end of the year, and the weekly highman (highest overall score for the week—winners every week except for playoff weeks) will all get payouts from these leagues. Leaguesafe.com will be used to collect league payments. Managers join my leagues because they are managed fairly, payouts are made promptly, and—above all—they are confident that my leagues will be filled. You won't have to worry about being trapped in a league that doesn't full and then having to look for another league at the last minute. This explains why all of my leagues have a large number of returning managers. I can be reached via email at gfriley.

$1500 Buy-In League II (Tuesday, September 2nd at 9:00 p.m. EDT) I could need a new owner, but the league is closed. On this topic, there are really a few leagues that are exclusively composed of Colts supporters.
I am aware of the Elite/Joe's League, which is extremely competitive, and Narcoys' PPR league design.
Every season, the top two Joe's League teams and the bottom two Elite League teams trade positions. If you're interested, there are openings in the Joe's League. By the way, I am a member of the Joe's League.
