Canton, MI has a bar and grille between their 12 fields and they send a beer cart around every couple of innings. Can't bring your own though.

those arent pecks
There are a few around are area that do. If your team can lay off it usually works to your advantage by the end of the night when everyone else is crapface drunk

Frankie Allen here still does, I think. Haven't played there in a while.
I think it is the last one that does around here.

This is St. Louis, you can buy beer just about anywhere. No coolers allowed, but they sell buckets of cans.

I'm in the Bible Belt. Absolutely not!

Though a friend of mine had her parents visiting from Germany a number of years ago, and her dad was drinking an MGD (probably VERY begrudgingly) in the park. My eyes damn near popped out of my head when I saw it, so I quietly told her, "uhhhh... That's pretty much illegal here in NC."

Thank GOD the cops that were watching the other field 50 feet away never spotted it. Hell of a way to welcome a foreign visitor.

Not here...most places frown upon booze at the fields. Keep it in a cup and hide the cans.

Remember the old softball world??? They had a bar above the fields you could get hammered between tourney games and puke between innings... man what an awesome place to play :D.... our sunday league let's us bring our own and even withe the fire department and the pd right across the street as long as there's no problems everythings cool hell even some of the cops sit out and watch us play....

field i play at for summer league has a beer stand...gotta love it

not to stray too far, but since ive never played at a nice complex---how much do you think it costs to build a complex that would have like 4 or so fields with a bar/grille in the middle of it? Obv. I couldnt afford it, but with there being nothing noteworthy in my area, I didnt know if it was a money issue... an interest issue, or what?

Parks that serve at a reasonable price out of the city make a killing. Around here they charge like $3.50 for a can so people smuggle their own in. Great idea in theory.

Probably more of a liability issue than anything else.

You most likely will never see a tournament, league, or any other type of softball thing that can be played (including church ball) without beer being served or available somehow here in Wisconsin.

They will throw you out of the league for at least the year if they find alcohol in the dugout or stands here.
