I'm probably the wrong guy to ask because I'm pro-Easton, but the Synergy + in my opinion is a little behind the Mayhem in performance, but will outlast it by a mile. I thought I got better distance out of the Mayhems I swung, because of the endload, but not so much I would swing it over a Plus. If I had to pick one of them up, I'd take the Easton, just because you won't have to replace it as soon.
