I want to play this year. Haven't participated in 2 yrs. Emailed the bunt directly to see if I should register as a returning player or new player but never got a response back. Do any of you jerks have a suggestion?

Just long toss. Focus on form and throw on a line. Do not put an arc on the ball. Work on a crow hop. I practice by throwing from foul pole to foul pole or right field fence to home plate.
PWOs aren't just for energy. Granted, they're usually loaded with stims, but if containing a good amount of beta alanine combined with some sort of micro-dosed creatine, PWOs can actually help fight muscular fatigue.
