Lifting Weightlifting for seniors is not nearly as important as regular cardio and stretching. At most, I do light lifting/high reps and lots of work with bands (tubing).

Worth Is it similar in feel to the original Launch 510's as far as balance and stiffness? I have an OG Launch that I use as my gamer. I also have a Reebok that I am breaking in. The Reebok seems to have a lot more flex than the Worth Launch.
