Well I'm off of this, but after reading Fast Food Nation I got kinda grossed out and haven't ate McDonalds for months while cutting out most fast food. I've also been eating mostly Trader Joes food and heavily reducing my meat intake. Well I lost weight, IDK how much cause I didn't get on the...
