Yes bat is returnable a couple spots where the decals are scraped but does not go through the paint (the ones not made in USA have decals the blue and white are not paint). Close to the endcap has one little chip which is not bad (bat had that before i got it ) and the rest of the endcap area is fine. Feel free to make an offer
