There is no USSSA league here in Springfield right now, and I'm looking into starting a league and feel that if I can get it sanctioned with the USSSA I can be quite competitive. What are all the steps that I would need to take to get my league sanctioned by next Spring?

Play in a league that used 44 525 balls but made you use ASA bats or Play in a league that used 44 375 and let you use all bats except for Senior bats?
