and they do not have them listed, so what other reason would it be against the rules, please explain?

It's obvious now that he's selling bats for his "buddy" who's a dealer.... I believe that's against board rules. And even if he says his buddy will warranty the bat if LS won't (and they won't because they're marked NR), they're basically NR bats (which you can get NIW for $130 somewhere else )
