I have a 27oz ASA DC41. Would USSSA in 27 have roughly same swing weight? Or should go 26 for Utrip?

Some bat as far as weighting. The ASA/USA is different from the inside though

Swings the same. Go with the 27.

The only difference is the feel. USSSA needs some swings to get the same feel as the ASA. The barrel is a bit stiffer but it softens up.

Don't get discouraged. The USSSA version takes about 200 swings to get the pings to stop.

If you want the performance right away...

Get a used bat.
