Okay, here's more pictures of the endcap. It does feel like it's slightly off center, but doesn't look like it's been replaced or messed with. It doesn't line up perfectly, but I just tried like hell to spin it and couldn't.

Bump with scale weight. Was weighed with Lizard Skin grip and Grip n Rip Lite on it. Will come with no grip, per usual.

Postage scale says 27oz exactly. Shipping scale says 26.9
