Arm Sleeves

I only wear arm sleeves when I rock my rec tourney all star shirt with the sleeves cut off. Just enough skin showing for my tats.

I used to get really bad tennis elbow after playing my second game of the week(I play 5 days a week) and just by doing some research online, arm sleeves were suggested. I used the EvoShield one for the last two years and it has helped tremendously. It completely took away any elbow pains and has actually helped with throwing and hitting for me as well. Maybe its a placebo affect, but I feel like I have more control over my swing and throws; I guess you can make an argument that it stabilizes your arm. I just picked up the new Nike Pro Combat Vapor Baseball Sleeve and its AWESOME!!!! Very great quality material and its a bit thicker than the neoprene sleeves by other companies. I highly recommend it, best purchase Ive had this year.
