ASA J3 for Return

I bought ASA J3 at January and have crack at August.
I have ship it back at August.
But still not get any return bat.
Anybaby have get return bat ??
How long about return??

Multiple posters, and multiple posts seem to be reporting that Demarini is out of J3A for warranty replacements, and options are to take another bat (FU dawg or CL22 according to last post) or to wait until their new line comes out.

Call or E-mail and find out.

Have you yet to call them since mailing it in back in August? Sure hope you've confirmed they received it, and that you saved your tracking number. If you mailed it in August, the only people you should be asking is Demarini themselves.

demarini's turnaround time is like 2 weeks. not 3 months...... something doesn't sound right here.....

Yeah its FU DAWG or the 2.1. Can you give more info? Did they say in dec they will send out another J3 etc etc?
I'm sure the CS line is open tomorrow. GET ON THE HORN! BTW share your update, curious to see what they say and what your return is if any? Yikes.
