Any Balk Question

Ahhh, a baseball question!

In baseball, a pitch that doesn't cross the foul lines is a "no pitch" with no runners on base, or a balk if there are runners on base. Home plate is entirely in fair territory, so if an eephus pitch somehow managed to land right on top of the plate, that means it didn't cross the foul lines.

*Note: None of this applies to softball!
