So you have big hands, maybe they're wide & blocky or they're long & stretched out. Options are kinda limited when you're at the end of a spectrum. Bros help bros though so share what you've found works for you.

What are you using for batting gloves & what about them works for you? Long enough? Wide enough?

Anybody know someone making XXXL gloves?

Right now I'm using a pair of Ryan Howard's custom Adidas batting gloves that my dihard Phillies fan friend found new on ebay. They fit perfect but have no size marking on them. I need to email Adidas & find out if they are a standard size. Been working great but are about to die and need to find another pair.

My hands are longer with a long palm, not skinny or slender by any means but not blocky either.

  • Arizona Gloveman XXXL best fit so far with flex vs durable leather where you need it. Nicely balanced glove that just fits nice, not too bulky yet still durable. My favorite so far.
  • Vinci Bones XXL are wide enough but not nearly long enough.
  • LS TPS XXL were too small all the way around, 2prs blew apart in <1month each
  • Under Armor Cleanup XXL are just barely long & wide enough but I think it's due to the stretchy backing, they couldn't be a hair tighter, I'm hoping they loosen up. Not loosening up but stretchy enough, after 1 session they are coming apart, 2nd session they've gotten worse. Top layer of synthetic material is just peeling off.
  • Nike Diamond Elite XXL were great gloves several years ago but it's been awhile & I can't remember exactly how they fit. If I remember right they stretched to fit but got sweat soaked & shrank too small eventually.

I cannot wear typical XXL batting gloves. What do fit and hold up real well to the spray glue I use are the XL goatskin work gloves from Harbor Freight.

Another vote for mechanix. They start out nice and tight and I feel they loosen up just right and they're cheap. I wear a 14.5 wedding ring for reference

Very nice, thank you sir.

I have a totally differnt problem, "Donkey Kong Palms". You should try Mechanix gloves.

Sorry that I excluded your people, my apologies.

Sounds weird but I'll check them out.

Follow the link. Try a pair of these. They work great as batting gloves, are very durable, and not very expensive.

Another good suggestion, thank you.

Any particular type of mechanix, seems like they make 73 different variations and nobody local has anything bigger than XL so I'll probably have to buy online.

Thread title sounds like gay porno

Glad I piqued your interest, we're going to play a little game I like to call just the tip, now relax and let it happen.

I've found my new favorite batting gloves! Fred, the "Arizona Gloveman" sent me a pair of his batting gloves in XXXL and so far they have impressed me in every way.
  • The fit is great giving me plenty of room to move my fingers while staying tight to my hand.
  • Leather is right in the middle far as thickness goes, thicker than golf gloves, thinner than Bones and the thicker gloves out there.
  • Hit over 100 balls with them on a athletic tape/grip wax grip and I didn't get any wear which surprised me, should have looked at least used.
  • Guessing the texture of the leather has something to do with the durability, not too slick forcing you to grip harder, not too rough/textured.

All in all they are a very nice fitting glove with a nice balance of leather thickness & finish. I'll definitely be ordering another pair in the future.

Updated the original post to include this info and the updated my troubles with the Under Armour gloves.
