League rules, CAN'T have multi layers, multi walls, or multi piece!!

You said you can't have multi layers, multi walls, or multi piece bats. That strongly implies that you're in a strict singlewall aluminum bat league. You should be able to find plenty of used bats for $20 or so.

Any single wall you can buy is well under $100. My favorite is the Carl Rose circa 1990 like in my signature. Best single wall I ever owned.

They have a banned bat list and it is so big it is hard to find an approved one..

On a side note my singlewall league allows white steels etc, so I tried to swing a corndog, it has a composite handle so it wouldn’t work in op situation, and the league director said no because on Asa website it is listed as a composite, not sure why

Because it is partially composite. Wood bats are made from wood.
