I have to send a shout out to TB and Philip in Anderson customer service, and share my recent experience with you all. Last Saturday, the 7th, I had a cracked 2011 Nanotek SPA that I needed to return under warranty. Today, the 11th, just three business days later, I received a brand new replacement bat!

No, I am not local to Anderson. My bat was shipped USPS and return shipping came UPS.

Not only did Anderson respond with lightning speed, but TB himself went above and beyond to help me out with a special request related to the return. There is no other company out there that can match the service Anderson delivers, period. BEST. SERVICE. EVER.

Mr. Anderson, you have a customer for life

-- as long as you make bats I can swing in my leagues ;)

I always hear about best customer service, and i agree.

btw, i have a cracked nano sp, when will the return be an omega?
