I'd go Flacco.
Miami has only given up 6 passing TDs vs Buffalo's 11.
Buffalo has also only gotten 6 sacks, where Miami has gotten 14. So there has been more pressure on the QBs by Miami. The only advantage to Ben is he will run out of the pocket and rushing yards are worth more than passing yards typically.
And lastly teams have been completing nearly 70% of passes against Buffalo compared to under 60% against Miami.
I'd start Flacco.
