League directors make money by adding teams to their leagues, to ban a team, all their player and their sponsor sounds like something else is going on here that you either don't know about or aren't telling us.
I don't know why the OP is fussing about this. Someone obviously did something that somebody doesn't like, and they don't want to play with you anymore. Time to move on.
