^^^ post # 71 showes parts list for the roller, just eliminate the bottom or middle section (I forget which) and there you have it..

Or Google special ops batpack shelf and it will show where to buy one

it's easy enough to take the measurements yourself and build one...i don't recall seeing the specs for the special ops backpack on here, tho.
