Has their CS improved over the past year? I had multiple orders take 3+ months or just not come at all.

Yea we had ours done by them last year. Over 2 months late an missing pieces. Was told we would be given a free sub dye for our troubles. Took over a month to get an was horrible quality. Our full dye an hats were nice but how long it took an some didn't get everything I'd b cautious with them

I had two orders take over 3 months. Another never showed up at all. During the process, I contacted the owner multiple times. He stated that he would throw in free stuff, never happened. After like a month of hounding him(literally about 4 1/2 months after the order was placed) he finally refunded the money. All I heard the entire time was BS excuses from reps on FB after I blew up their page a few times.
