Extending/blowing out a glove

My buddy has asked me to blow out his glove. Can someone point me in the right direction? Are there any resources online to look at? Anybody on here do these and want to share a few tricks of the trade? I have relaced gloves over the years but never extended one. Sorry if this has been posted before. TIA.

I've posted pictures of the half dozen or so blowouts I've done. Using 72" lace you do not need to add any additional holes or overhand knots.
