Buyer Beware Extremeballer backs out of a deal

Had a deal in place for a 27oz Combat Derby Boys NR. Sale thread here:

As he had no feedback and only 13 posts, I understandably asked him to ship first. He agreed and said he "could get it out tomorrow".

Next day comes and he tells me that he sold it last night. Which is b/s because we already had a deal in place on this.

sounds like a shady deal was thwarted to me. good thing you asked him to ship first. Waiting for a NGTG from said buyer for not getting anything.

In his mind he made a sound decision cuz he had money in his face (allegedly). I can see it. But I also see how it is him going against his word. I give a lot of leeway to guys who hem and haw, but once a deal is in place it is your word. Some peoples word are just not that valuable.
