Addicted to Softballfans
Im looking to upgrade my 10 y.o. daughters catchers mitt. She currently is using a cheap Mizuno which is fine but not sure how its going to hold up this upcoming season. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Yeah I read that a while ago but if he can get his hand in there it's not likely to be a good fit.

For fastpitch mitts I've had the best luck with All-Star and Vinci. They last forever but really tough for a 10 year old to break in. I have a All-Star CMW3000 and it's a great mitt. If she's staying in 10U and using a 11" ball I'd take a look at the CMW4000 mitt. I broke the 4000 in for a 12 yo MS catcher and it's a high quality mitt and nowhere near as tough to break in as my 3000 model.
