ASA Fastpitch multiple leadoffs, who's out?

If there are multiple leadoffs, is the first one caught the one out, or the lead runner of those who lead off out?

I had thought it's the leadoff runner, in this case. But if dead ball is called say the first runner at 1B, then the 2B runner came off just after, isn't it supposed to be dead ball already.

Thanks.

The Great and Powerful Q
Whoever, in the umpire's judgement, came off illegally first. She is out, others are returned to their bases.

ASA rule is 8.7.T

Ah ok. For some reason I had thought it is the lead runner that is out.

Maybe it was that time that I thought the 1B runner came off first and 2B runner came off second, the ump called the 2B runner out.

Thanks.
