2 things before I give my feedback:
1. I don't play ASA
2. I never hit the neon green F52
Okay, so with that being said, the all new Freak 52 (balanced) is a damn fire stick! My pal and I hit nothing but Evil 52's with it. I'll be generous and say it took about 15 hits to really start changing. We put a whole 60-70 hits on it, and my pal who owns it, said it was game ready.
I didn't notice any spiraling on the barrel at all, but it sure felt great!
If I were to buy a 1 piece ASA, this would be the bat.

If you're not afraid of getting spirals, hit some 375s with that thing to really open it up. Although it's a 52 bat, you don't need to baby it. Speaking from experience with a green one I put a lot of swings on.
