full dye sub?

I am interested in getting new Jerseys for a team I play on. Most of the guys are just happy with you basic shirt with some printing on it. It want to get some real bitchen ones that standout. They won't bite. Is it possible for me to pay the design fee and get a single shirt printed and show the team? Would a shirt company do just a possible one off or turn in to a team order possibly? Can some explain the full dye sub process. New to me because we have settled for average. Thanks

I'm in the same boat. I'm on 3 teams. The one team I run I got the all to ge jerseys. But the others are happy with the t-Shirts we have. PM me some info

You can always show them pics of others, have them give ideas for a new one or even start off by going to the dri fits. a little cheaper price wise and you can still play with the designs to customize it with your logo.
