Maybe not anymore, but counterfeit Wilson A2000s (from the 1970s-80s) show up regularly on the bay (or even Wilson 8000s!!). "Made in Korea" is one giveaway, but others are more subtle. The link does not work, so I don't know about this one.

Ah, right! Ok, this exact same conversation went on over at GWF about 18 months ago. A guy bought one of this exact same glove (for his son, popular idea!) and said it felt like crap. I think the consensus was that it was legit, but not a particularly good example of an A2000.

Gold stamping NEVER looks good on a glove (silver either), IMO. Looks cheap when new, and looks worse with wear, until it all wears off. I am not sure why that idea lasted for so long.

Looks legit to me too, just that crappy hard leather. There were a few bad years of those.

That glove looks very similar to the Barry Larkin 1440 reissue model that's currently out now .
