Runners on 2nd and 3rd, batter hits ball to the outfield and it hops over the fence for a ground rule double. Who scores?
That's the logical answer we all said but according to the umps only the runner from 3rd scored because the runner on second would not be forced of his base therefore he was awarded only 3rd. Sounded like bs to me
Home plate blue just continued to say that's how the rule was and that it didn't make sense but that's the way it is. At the time the game was fairly one sided and it was too hot to keep arguing about it
