K KCslugger00 Addicted to Softballfans Aug 3, 2011 #3 Have not done them in years, and its pretty obvious. Happened a week or so ago and just been playing thru it. Ok at fielding and batting. Running is the most painfull though.

LikeMiken Starting Player Aug 3, 2011 #7 Keep your legs stiff and stretch into it. ( left flexor hurts, turn your upper body and torso left and just move until you feel it stretch) It will be a couple days, just rest, stretch, and take some aspirins. It's happened to me twice this year.
