Anyone have experience with the 16 oz plyo balls? (soft/flexible exterior, weighted with sand)

Wondering if I'm safe to use my Dudley composite bat, or if the weight will damage the bat

I believe they advertise that they do not harm bats, but I personally wouldn't use them with any of my composite bats

I use these balls all the time. I did use my composites with them without issue. Good way to bp in between games at tourneys to stay loose or before games without having to chase balls. Also a great way to warm up my pitching arm.
Having said that, I always worried about the weight of the ball messing with the connection on two piece bats. I did break my Cam-Wood bat, but that was a combo of cages and the plyo balls.
So now I use my Easton Torpedo and an old metal bat for bp.

I use an older bar to be safe. They say they won't, but I've also seen comps break at the handle hitting regular balls so I don't risk it. They won't replace it if they do, I'm certain of that.
