I swung my new ASA 26 EL today and the sound while batting is crazy. The sound is somewhere between an aluminum bat and glass breaking. It wasn't quite 70 degrees and I'd rather not break the thing right out of the gate so we only put about 10 swings on it. It's as good as any other quality ASA bat out there first swing, I was definitely impressed.

Got it, I thought it was both. I've only seen one other in my area, an '11 USSSA, but didn't get to hear it.

ASA sound is crazy. You'll have to wear earplugs when you hit it!
