Is ASA going to the 52 300 for the summer of 2013?

Starting 2014 it's mandatory I believe. Still able to use the 44 and 40 this year though

leagues vary around here. Sum use 52/300, sum use 44/375, while 1 particular league uses whatever and swings whatever

Because our state tournament will be using the new ball this year, our league is going to be using it now also.

Its not mandatory for 2013, both balls are still approved so it will be up to your local league/tournaments director. I believe they are using the 52/300 for championship play. The rumor is that only the 52/300 will be legal in 2014 but that has not been verified to my knowledge.
