ISPS SANCTIONED TOURNAMENT
All teams must be ISPS sanctioned for the 2015 season.
Teams/Players may play only with their State Director’s permission.

ROSTERS
* All rosters must be submitted online no later than Wednesday preceding the event by 11:59am EST*
To Sanction your Team:
1. Visit www.ispssoftball.com
2. Click on the “TEAMS” tab at the top navigation menu.
3. Then select "TEAM SANCTION".
4. Fill out the necesary information and submit your Team Sanction Fee.
5. Once your Team Roster is approved, you will receive a message announcing that your Team has been sanctioned.
6. Team Sanction includes Team Webpage at ispssoftball.com with Team Colors and Team Sponsor Ad Space linkable to your Team Sponsor's website.
To Submit a FULL TEAM update for a team already sanctioned:
1. Visit www.ispssoftball.com
2. Click on the “TEAMS” tab at the top navigation menu.
3. Then select "FULL TEAM UPDATES".
4. Fill out the necesary information and submit your Full Team Update Fee.
5. Once your Team Update is approved, you will receive a message announcing that your Team has been updated.
To ADD/RELEASE a player from your Team Roster:
1. Visit www.ispssoftball.com
2. Click on the “RESOURCES” tab at the top navigation menu.
3. Then select "ISPS Player Addition/Release Form".
4. Fill out the necesary information and submit your Add/Release Player Fee.
5. Once your Addition/Release is approved, you will receive a message announcing that your player has been Added/Released.

Game-Time is Forfeit time. Teams must be prepared to play thirty (30) minutes prior to scheduled Game-Time.

CASHIERS CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS must be received & cashed before Thursday 5pm EST prior to event.
Teams must be SANCTIONED & PAIDED to play.


Conditions:
The tournament commission, directors & commissioner of ISPS reserves the right to change any game times, playing fields or dates, or make any other changes to conduct the tournament, including dropping the loser's bracket, if deemed necessary.
The tournament directors, umpires, partners, sponsors and hosts assume that all players are competing at their own risks, and will not be liable for any accidents or injuries. Entry into the tournament constitutes agreement to these conditions.

ROSTERS AND IDENTIFICATION CARDS
• Teams must have a copy of their “official” roster with them at all times. Roster must be online roster in accordance with 2015 ISPS rules.
• All players must have a picture ID with them in the park.
• Rosters must be approved by ISPS State Director.
BALLS
Only Official ISPS Stamped balls can be used. – 44/375 ISPS Stamped.
BATS
NO SENIOR BATS
PROTESTS
All umpire judgment call are final. Only rule interpretations and player eligibility may be protested. A protest fee of $100.00 ( US DOLLARS) must be posted at the time of protest. If the protest is ruled in your favor, your money will be returned. NO PROTESTS AFTER 3rd Inning for Eligibility of Players.
