Yes it is. Used it for middle IF, but pretty much playing all OF now, so it can go.

I'd say yes...Perfect for middle IF, a little small for OF, although I have used it in the OF too.

Full open, semi-adjustable. (I wouldn't say fully adjustable because no velcro strap)
