Knob fell off my triad gamer the other day. What should I use to reattach?

Do these break off like the older bats as they are molded with bat or they are held on by a little pin?
Thought I saw a little metal pin when a knob was lose on a newer miken bat.

I don't know how those are held on.
They are metal knobs correct?
I meant pre 2013 bats on older ones like an older freak plus.
I had one break off completely and used epoxy to fill the hole where the rod goes, then used a screw to hold it together as any hard drops would break the epoxy resin over time. I fixed this a few times before I did the screw technique. After the screw into the epoxy, it never broke off again then the bat cracked so it was a permanent fix.

This was on the 2014 blk/blue triad. I wound up using a 2 part epoxy on Friday night. Brag post... I ended up hitting .840 for the tournament over 9 games. But on Sunday morning bp, my other '14 triad knob came off. Haven't fixed that one yet.
