Mizuno Samurai Pitching Helmet. Fits 7-7 5/8. Worn for half of an inning in one game. Didn't like it.

I'm not a pitcher......

Seriously, I pitched two innings of that game, and couldn't get used to it being on my head after the first inning, so I took it off. I have never pitched with a mask on and it bothered me.
