Mens Slow Pitch League In The Woodlands, TX! Help! Can't find one!

So there are a couple of leagues in The Woodlands, TX that I can find, but all of them ban USSSA bats and higher. I found a league on the Township website, created a login, but can't find the league rules.

Also bonus question, is there a store near The Woodlands that has a wide selection of USSSA bats? ****s and Academy suck.
