I am looking for similar responses. Our dome in the lansing area is not being rebuilt. So would love to hear what other indoor options are out there, either as an individual or for bringing a team that way. Depending on the time and location, a drive to Detroit is not a problem.

Canton, Mi off of Michigan Ave. has a dome. I will be playing there Friday. Not sure when their tourneys are but I am sure you can google it.

the canton dome has men's/coed drop in a few nights a week. Might be worth your while to check it out..
